This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to your use of FatGrid.com, operated by Xamsor Inc, and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click in your account interface. Log in, go to your Profile, click Billing, and click the cancellation link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access through that date.
We do not refund past payments. Refunds are only available for the current and future periods where applicable.
No refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued to users whose accounts are suspended or terminated for violations of the Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, unauthorised automated access or data scraping, or breach of the Acceptable Use & Content Policy.
Backlink orders are governed by Section 6 of the Terms and Conditions. If FatGrid is unable to complete your order after reasonable attempts, you receive a full refund to your original form of payment in USD. Where content is removed for breach of the Terms or on a well-founded third-party complaint, no refund is due.
