You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click in your account interface. Log in, go to your Profile, click Billing, and click the cancellation link.
No refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued to users whose accounts are suspended or terminated for violations of the Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, unauthorized automated access or data scraping.
We do not refund past payments. Refunds are only available for the current and future periods.
